Club Communication & Participation

To be an effective club and to properly foster our disc golf community we must improve our communication. You are the Funkytown Flyers. This is a member run club, we need your feedback and input at every level. The board is going to renew our efforts at keeping you updated on the goings on. Hopefully with our monthly tag challenges more of us can keep up to date as well as have the opportunity to gather and discuss club business.

Additionally we would like everyone who is on Facebook to join the club group and to use the discussion and wall post options to pitch your ideas and encouragement. We will begin sending out an email and Facebook message at least once a month detailing our plans and communicating your individual ideas to the club. We will continue to send out surveys from time to time, this is a very important tool for us to know the direction you want us to go in as a club. Please take a bit of time to keep up to date and contribute where you can. The board will endeavor to be an organizing committee but the work must be done by additional volunteers, by YOU! : )
