Disc Golf in the Snow?
The first snow of 2011 started out rather wimpy but by the time it was over there was quite a bit hanging around up in Denton and Collin counties but areas of Dallas had a good bit too.
The pictures above are from the Dallas Morning News photography blog. The first is Justin Farrar of Richardson throwing his disc at Hole No. 12 on the disc golf course off of Plano Road and Walnut Hill in Dallas as snow falls for the first time in 2011 (Sunday, January 9, 2011).
Hey, I hate 104 degree weather as much as the next guy, but disc golf in the snow is out of my league…
