Charity Pro-Life Disc Golf Picnic
My name is Dan Norman, and I run an event known as the Charity Pro-Life Disc Golf Picnic. On May 1st we will have our fifth edition of this event out at Turner Park. It is an Amateur Doubles event that spans 27 holes for experienced players, and nine holes for beginners. Last May we had 92 players compete.
The event goes to help an organization known as Project Gabriel. Project Gabriel is a group that seeks to assist Mothers in crises pregnancies emotionally, financially, and spiritually.
This event is a good deal, as the entry fees are very reasonable $20 for Intermediate, and Advanced, and you get a custom stamped Star or Champion Disc. We also provide a meal, and prizes for winners and placers.
Beginners have a choice of DX Avair, or Valkyrie. Intermediate, and Advanced has the choice of Star Roc, Star Vulcan, or Champion Eagle.
We are also providing Lunch and Ice Cream.

Update:
To the victor go the spoils!
Discatcher Minis will be awarded to the both players of the winning team in the Advanced Division. All division winners (Advanced, Intermediate, Beginner) will receive special carved wooden trophy discs. Dozens of other discs, bags, shirts, gift cards and other great prizes – including some very cool custom designed discs (e.g. spiderman) – will be won at this event.
The Charity Pro-Life Disc Golf Picnic is coming in just 5 days. If you haven’t registered yet, it’s imperative that you pre-register ASAP – unless you don’t want to eat. A head-count is necessary for our food prep, so if you wait to register, you risk missing lunch!
Go to www.protectlifedgc.webs.com click on the web store page, and click on your division to register.
